Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Like almost every website, MangoMeet stores small amounts of information in your browser to make the site work and remember your choices. This page explains what those technologies are, exactly what we use them for, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
The Categories We Use
MangoMeet uses cookies and local storage in three categories:
- Essential. Required for the site to function at all. These keep you signed in, maintain security protections, and remember your answer to the 18+ age confirmation so you are not asked again on every visit. Essential storage cannot be switched off through the site, because the service does not work without it.
- Preferences. Remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you left it — for example, language and interface settings. Losing these does not break anything; the site just forgets your setup.
- Analytics (only if enabled). Where analytics is active, these help us understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages people visit and where things go wrong — so we can improve it. Analytics data is used for measurement, not for identifying individual conversations.
For details on how any personal information collected through these technologies is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the site evolves or as the technologies we use change. Material updates will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.
Operator Notice
This document is a template pending final review. Before publication as a binding policy, the operating company must confirm which analytics vendors, if any, are active on the site, together with the specific cookies and local storage keys each one sets and their retention periods, and update the Analytics category above accordingly. Legal review is recommended in markets that require consent management for non-essential cookies.
